CEO Update

Just wanted to update you on some exciting new developments at our company! The company we selected to distribute our patient satisfaction surveys, Press Ganey, will be sending out the first round of new surveys to our patients. Within a few weeks, through Press Ganey's E-compass, we will have real time data to evaluate! This will allow a much greater level of analysis and allow us to put our patient’s feedback into action!

Through the Strategic Planning Committee, we are diligently working on expanding our company’s scope. This includes working towards our long standing goal of an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Another product of this committee is increased employee benefits. At our holiday party, I announced some changes to our benefit policy that will positively affect everyone who works so hard at Sport and Spine Rehab!

Finally, charitable giving continues. All of the charitable organizations we support - Avon, TNT, MS Society, Make a Wish Foundation - will be getting checks this year. This January 1st, through, Make A Wish Foundation, we sent an 11 year old boy who has been diagnosed with Brain Cancer and his father to what is considered to be the best college football bowl game ever played, Boise State-Oklahoma…he had 50 yard line seats at club level! This year, 2% of all of our PROFITS will go to charity! 2007 is shaping up to be another wonderful year for our patients, our employees, and the community organization we support!
